Notes: Joey Logano led Team Penske in qualifying this afternoon at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Logano will start in the second-place starting position in the inaugural South Point 400. Ryan Blaney also advanced to the third and final round on the way to claiming the sixth-place qualifying position. The winner of the last two Cup Series races, Brad Keselowski will start in the 13th position while Paul Menard will line up in the 20th position.
