SPEED IN THE SKYLINE: For the third consecutive summer, NASCAR has transformed downtown Chicago into a high-speed street course for the Grant Park 165. The 2.2-mile layout threads past some of the city's most recognizable landmarks, offering a racing backdrop unlike anything else on the calendar. The Windy City is still waiting to see its first Cup Series race go the full scheduled distance. The 2023 debut was shortened due to darkness following a lengthy weather delay, while last year's race was also cut short after storms halted the event for nearly two hours. Sunday's 75-lap event is one of three road courses remaining before the NASCAR Playoffs begin at Darlington Raceway next month, adding even more weight to the weekend. With practice and qualifying now complete, the field is set to take on the tight and technical streets of Chicago.

SUNDAY SPOTLIGHT: The Grant Park 165 goes green at 2 p.m. ET Sunday on TNT, with live radio coverage on MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90).
