With all of the NASCAR Cup Series practice completed on Friday afternoon, Saturday was all about qualifying for the first race of the second round of the Playoffs at Dover International Speedway. Ryan Blaney led the Team Penske charge with a 10th-place qualifying effort in the No. 12 PPG Ford Mustang, his 13th top-10 starting position this season. Joey Logano (14th) and Brad Keselowski (16th) rounded out the starting lineup in the team’s 64th race at Dover in the track’s 50th anniversary season of 2019.
